Drawer
The drawer is an archive with two headings only: Still open and Put away. Not months, not years, not weather — a different grammar from other sites.
Still open holds pieces I might edit again — a verb tense, a bus number, a stall name I am not sure about yet.
Put away holds notes I trust enough to leave alone. They may still be wrong in small ways; corrections.php catches those.
Rows carry a mono date, title, and one line about why the piece stays open or was shelved. That note is for me as much as for you.
Newest entries appear first inside each group. The Chin Swee memory lives at "/" and appears under Put away because the date will not change.
If a link fails, the 404 page will speak plainly. Return here and choose another row.
Broken thumbnails should be rare. Every filename matches disk exactly, including case, because Linux hosts do not forgive casual spelling.
Reading order is optional. The drawer does not rank importance. It ranks whether I am still willing to touch the draft.
